SkipDeep Privacy Policy

What we collect about members

• Account details: your name, email address, company and the details you add to your account.
• Billing details: our payment processor stores your card. We keep only its brand, last 4 digits and expiry date, and a record of every charge.
• Activity: the searches you run and their results, the files you upload and their results, your skip balance, and when and from what IP address and browser you used SkipDeep.
• Messages: what you send us, and records of the emails we send you.

How we use it

• To run SkipDeep for you: searches, files, your history, your team and your billing.
• To keep SkipDeep secure and to stop fraud and misuse, including checks on new accounts and card payments.
• To meet legal obligations and the requirements of our data providers, including audits of how searches are used.
• To send you emails about your account: codes, receipts, renewals and finished files. We don't send marketing emails without a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We do not sell our members' account information.

• Companies that run parts of SkipDeep for us, such as hosting, email delivery and card processing, only to do that work.
• Our data providers, when they audit how searches are used.
• The authorities, when the law requires it or to protect someone.
• A buyer of our business, if it is sold, under this policy.

Cookies and browser storage

SkipDeep keeps you signed in with your browser's storage. It does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, this policy will say so first.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, history and billing records while your account exists, and for as long afterwards as tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and legal needs require. You can ask us to delete your account, and we will delete what we don't have to keep.

People who appear in search results

Information about people in search results comes from third-party data providers and public records, not from those people directly.

Your choices and rights

You can update your account details in Settings, and ask us for a copy of your information, for corrections, or for deletion. Depending on where you live, state law may give you further rights; we honor them. Email support@usleadlist.com or call (866) 711-1688.

Security

We protect information with encryption, access controls and logging, and card numbers never touch our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us right away if you think your login was misused.

Children

SkipDeep is for adults in business. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy here with a new date, and email members about important changes.
