Extra skips
Buy a pack whenever you need more, or turn on auto-refill to buy one automatically when you run out. Purchased skips don't expire while you're a member.

What uses a skip
- A person search that finds someone: 1 skip.
- A search that finds no one: free.
- Reopening a saved search: free.
- The same search again within 30 days (by anyone on your team): free.
- A bulk row we match (at least one phone found): 1 skip. Rows we can't match: free. Beyond your balance, matched rows are $0.30 each.
No surprise bills
Extra skips are paid ahead, so your card is never charged after the fact for searches you've already run.
Clear statements
Charges show as USLEADLIST on your card statement, with a receipt emailed for every charge.
Cancel any time
No contracts. Cancel in Billing and keep everything until the end of the month you paid for.
Pricing questions
Do unused skips roll over?
The 100 included skips reset each month. Skips you buy don't expire while your membership is active, and stay usable for 90 days after it ends if you rejoin.
What happens if my card is declined at renewal?
We try again over the next few days and email you each time. Searching pauses until the payment goes through, and you can update your card in Billing to retry right away.
Can I get a refund?
We don't refund partial months or skips, but we always fix billing mistakes. See the refund policy.
How does billing work for my team?
The account owner pays for everyone. Teammates search from the shared balance, and the owner can set a monthly limit for each person.
